Perfect condition but Not registered.
The truck was in perfect condition... All paperwork that initially came with it was included. My only disappointment is that the original buyer never registered it for the certificate of authenticity. I called Hess in early December 2016 but the call taker could not give me any information about the certificate. I am hoping that after the holiday crush I will be able to find someone at Hess to get me that certificate.

Worth it
Great hess truck. Love it. Was not able to buy it when it first came out. Costs a lot more than when it was in stock but understandable due to its limited quantity.
