May not be 250 lbs, but noticeably more than next size down.
I'm not completely sold that this is 230-250 lbs. However, it does offer a noticeable increase in resistance from the next step down. The other bands in the pics are not this brand, but the other brand did not have this last XXL heavy band. This is the least expensive of this size band I could find. They all seem to be made from the same material, and are the same thickness (4.5mm, I believe). Also, as seen in the pic with the measuring tape, this band is almost 1/2" wider than the next step down, which is 65-175 lbs. So far, happy with this. Will update.

Massive resistance band.
I use these as alternatives to free weights and not as pull up assistant bands. The orange band offers a massive amount of resistance which is awesome for squats and deadlifts. No signs of wear or tear after a decent amount of use.
