Asset Management/BPO/REO Bank List: Real Estate Agent's Guide To Getting BPOs and REO Listings

When I first saw this book, I laughed out loud. It was very small and thin, and when I opened it just looked like the results of a web search engine some copy pasted into a book.The Author could not be bothered to write anything of any use. He only typed 10 bullet point on one page of stuff you would need without any explanation of anything. The rest is just website, very like if you typed "REO Listing" into Google web search and then sold the results in a book form.Many of the links in the book took me to nonexistant companies, bankrupt companies, dead links etc...One of the links is [...] this is the home page to Citibank!! Come on!! How is that going to help anyone unless you want to open up a savings account.This may be the laziest author to have ever published a book.As well the links are for all over the USA so not many could help you.That said I did find 2 links in this book that I did not find on my own. If either of those lead to one good relationship it will have been worth the $15 price tag.It is a pathetic book that offers no insite, knowledge or inspiration. Just a list of webpages.

This book is just packed with everything I was looking for. All the names of almost every mortgage vendor as well as asset managers nationwide. Names,addresses,phonenumbers and even web addresses.
