She also provides helpful words of encouragement on how to deal with the overwhelm which often accompanies running a chamber of commerce.You may find Chapter 7 both challenging and helpful: "You Are In the Entertainment Business." This book is PACKED with useful information and suggestions that can empower Chambers of Commerce to flourish. I'll be sharing it with others.

It was a good book, since it's the only one on the market for the topic, I am glad that it was there. Quite limited information, wish it was more detailed on specifics like building membership. Author us no doubt successful in her role, just wish more detail and less autobiography.

This was an excellent resource for a first time executive. Concise and clear. I learned a great deal.

I returned this book because I did not feel it's value did not match the price of the book.
