I did contact them twice but they got back to me quickly after the second contact. The boxes are awesome. I almost went with another brand but this one was less expensive, was just as sturdy and came with more additional items, so I took a chance and was pleased with everything about it. I cannot be more happy with how they handled my issue and would refer them anytime! Thank you! If you think about getting this stash box, I really recommend it. It’s made really solid with a nice lock and Julie. It’s beautiful. Better in person than the photo and there’s lots of extras in it. There was an ashtray, grinder a couple jars, an ashtray And some little tools and stuff. The rolling tray is removable and well designed. I messaged the seller telling them how much I liked the product and thanking them for providing it at this price point with all the extras that come in it and they said they have a new product coming out soon that they will send me to test and write a review. I thought that was really cool of them and I can’t wait to see what they have coming up the pike. I most likely will eventually order another of these boxes maybe more. I don’t really know right now, but I’ve been trying to organize things in my home and I like using decorative boxes and baskets. my husband is getting ready to remodel our bedroom and add on a second bathroom so I’m trying to fit pieces like this into my decor and I’m very pleased with this box.
