It came with four pillows, bed skirt, and 2 shams. It is very comfy to sleep in and I am 90% happy with this purchase. The only thing I noticed it that some of the threads are not cut before making the next design. That said I am in the process of cutting them and securing the knot so everything will not come undone. I have found 3 of these so far.
