I'm not much of a PC connoisseur and this is my first "big boy" computer I've purchased, but I have to say that I'm very pleased with my purchase.I've played a number of FPS games both online and offline as well as other graphical heavy titles such as Red Dead Redemption 2 and Skyrim, and I have not had a single issue trying to run any of them with ease. The computer works great! I really didn't need anything crazy overpowered for my needs to be met, so this processor, graphics card, and RAM count was probably more than enough to deliver a satisfying performance.The computer looks dang pretty too! I love the tinted glass that showcases some of the innards. It's just classy enough to not distract me during work hours but flashy enough to be satisfying to look at. It sits right on top of my desk next to my monitors.The ONLY thing I'd complain about if I had to complain is the noise level. Whenever I boot up a game, it likes to crank up those fans even if it's not too heavy of a game (cool-ish air being felt coming out of the back). That being said, I can't complain about it keeping the CPU cool. If I were more tech savvy, maybe I could tinker with that in settings or maybe even install a new fan to my liking, but I'm not picky about the noise level. I can't hear it much over my headphones anyway.Anyway! Great PC!

I bought this PC a month ago and it is running like an absolute Beast. I’ve played tons of games on this PC and they have ran smoothly. For anyone looking for a beginner PC, this is the way to go. The only sour note is that I have with this is the Wi-Fi. This thing cannot connect to my Wi-Fi, and I had to get a Wi-Fi USB thing to plug in my PC. But since I’ve had this PC for month and it’s been working well, this isn’t a Big of an complaint as it was when I first got the PC. Once again for anyone who wants a sort of Beginner PC I would recommend this PC, but beware you might need to buy a USB Wi-Fi thing for the Wi-Fi.

Best PC I've had so far!I hessitated a lot looking for a nice PC that wont give me headaches. I think I found it! Better ventilated than most of the options I've checked, also, not noise at all!! Very convenient and pretty looking. Got the one with an i7 and 16RAM with a 2060. Runs really smoothly. Absolutely in love with this product.

Product horrible. Brand new and lready had issues. Bought a complete new different brand. And the third party seller even more horrible. Bought two computers. They used a different delivery system then Amazon. Delivered items in rain and did not even ring the door bell. They would not replace it and after weeks still havent picked them up or reimbursed me. Got two new ones onoy for both of them not to work either. What are the odds? Talked to someone knowlegeable about pc's and they said I made the kistake of buying these products. They are horrible. Better off getting a different brand.

TLDR; not bad if you have time to troubleshoot, but does not work out of box as plug and play as firmware is out of date.Similar to other reviews, there are a handful of games that would BSOD or cause the application to crash with a variety of errors.After trial and error it turns out the BIOS installed was out of date and seriously flawed.After flashing the latest BIOS from the manufacturers website, the machine appears to be functional.
