Almost perfect small handlebar bag! Best I’ve seen.
This is nearly the perfect bike handlebar bag. It’s what I would consider the perfect size, waterproof, nice tough fabric, lightweight, great mounting system with heavy duty rubber pannier straps. It has minimal but functional interior dividers. It’s also just looks great - nice and simple. And that’s the most important part. There is one downfall though on this handlebar bag, and if I could I would give it 4.5 stars, but this may be a personal issue. I know it’s a small bag, but the zipper does not open enough to fit my whole hand. And I have medium/large man hands. If you have very large hands, you may want to consider a larger bag.. Orucase, would it be possible for the next version to have a larger opening? Running the entire horizontal length ?

Orucase Makes Good Stuff
I have had an Orucase Smuggler XL for a couple of years now and it was the best bag I have owned. Well thought out. I decided to size down do to a change in the way I ride so I went back to Orucase. The Smuggler HC has obvious quality, is good looking and for me the perfect size. I like the inner "pocket" which is almost hidden from sight, a good thing IMO. I do replace the straps with some velcro ones, for me this makes putting on and taking the bag off when needed much easier. Just a personal preference. Great bag, I would highly recommend any Orucase bag.

Outstanding design-bought a second after first ride with the first one
Great handlebar bag that made my need for cycling jersey pockets moot. Pics with the iPhone are of a 13 Pro Max for size comparison. Phone easily slides into the elasticized back divider and stays there-leaves more than enough room for something like 6 bars or a canned beverage of your choice and some bars, etc. I generally put my phone in there, bar/gels, first aid and it still has room for a gilet and more.Voile type micro straps for attaching to your handlebar are genius. It has shock cord on the underside to attach to the headset for stability—but NOT needed (I removed). I did a ride yesterday with multiple drops and jumps (iPhone and bars inside the case) and it bounced around not a bit.I bought one on here when these were by chance on sale in the $30s. After the first ride, realized I wanted one for both my MTB & gravel bikes. Price went back up to normal, but I didn’t hesitate buying again (this time directly from Orucase).Definitely a great piece of gear-it also doesn’t hurt that they sponsor Phil Gaimon~the cookie themed fabric. Lucky find.

Make sure you account for the zipper length
I wish I had bought the larger version. The size of the bag is long bough for my pump but the zipper is not the full length. So the bag is long enough but the opening isn’t big enough to get the pump in the bag. Still giving 5 stars because the quality is good and the bag looks nice on my handlebars. It holds my spare tube, levers, a bike tool, and a patch kit but it doesn’t fit much more than that. If you want something smaller this is great but if you are planning to use it for Longer rides and want to take food, get the larger one.

A bit small
Doesnt fit a typically mini pump. About an inch too short for my smallest one. Might work if you use canisters but buyer beware if youre looking to carry a pump. Otherwise seems well made, and Ill probably find a use for it.

Well Yes, But Actually No
This bag caught my attention because it's designed to work with an out front computer mount, and in that regard it works great. I can not only put my mount above it, there's even enough room to attach my headlight to the bottom of the mount. But this bag is also designed to hold a phone, and it's a failure in that respect. My Pixel 7 Pro in a case only fits if I really jam it in there, and it's not easy to get out either. I'm afraid I'll end up damaging the bag or my phone or both, so this is getting returned.

Great quality!
So far, this bag is great! Perfect size. Easy on and easy off. The quality seems to be great and sturdy. And their customer service is really good and fast (with a stupid question I had). I would definitely buy another item from them!

Too small. Overpriced
I ordered the “HC” version of this bag, which was supposed to be large enough to hold several beverage cans. The receipt that arrived with the bag said that I had indeed received the “HC Smuggler,” but the bag that I got is so tiny— I can honestly fit more stuff in my jersey pockets. Cost $63. Total rip off.
