I don’t usually write reviews, but with this product I had to. This product saved me from throwing out a bunch of shoe/sandals that did not fit correctly. The adhesion is strong and worked well for the thin straps on my sandals. I have narrow feet.

I have a pair of sandals that have back straps which will not stay up on my heels. These strips work perfectly. They do sometimes slide up on the strap and when I take my shoes off I just push it back down and it sticks again. I’ll have to replace them eventually but so far the first set of strips has worked without needing to be replaced. They are comfortable too. They are soft and you don’t even know they are there.

I bought a pair of (non-strappy) sandals from an online vendor. Unfortunately, while they fit just fine, the back strap tended to slip down and under my heel while wearing. Because I'd worn them out for a whole day, I couldn't return them. Enter the Foot Petals Strappy Strips. I was a little skeptical, since they were for strappy sandals and mine weren't. But the price was right. And lo, they worked! I had to use two per sandal (one along the top and one along the bottom of the back strap), but they absolutely kept my sandal strap up where it belonged. I do find that taking my sandals off and on requires a little more care, or else the cumulative friction will cause the top Strappy Strip to gradually ease off the strap and become visible. I'm on my second Strip on one sandal. But they stay adhered quite well. I definitely recommend, and will investigate other Foot Petals products as the need arises.

Bought these for peep toe shoes for a friend's wedding. I was a bridesmaid so I knew I'd be standing for a big chunk of the day between the ceremony and photos. While breaking them in, the shoes had rubbed my big toes raw, so I wanted to prevent that on the big day. Unfortunately, the straps didn't stay where I'd placed them around the peep part of the shoe and slid forward, so they weren't covering that toe like I wanted. It was an outdoor wedding on a 90 degree day, so I'm sure the sweat didn't help, but I wish they'd have stayed a little better. However, I also put a strap on the back of one of the shoes and that one stayed, so these aren't a total failure. I'd give them another try before I condemn them, but they didn't work quite as well as I'd hoped they would.

I wish I could give rating a 0. The item completely ruined my wedding shoes. The foam on the strap completely fell apart and left a sticky adhesive on the shoe that you can’t get off. It made my white shoes very discolored.

Comfy, easy to apply. I had to get ready at the last minute for a party and it made my strappy heels so comfortable as well as my boyfriends loafers, so worth the buy and btw they’re still in there?? They have held up through a few wears, flights and 2 house moves.

Absolute lifesaver!! I was struggling to find the perfect heels for my wedding, and when I finally did, the straps were digging into my heel so badly I thought I’d have to return them and start over. As a last resort, I ordered these strap cushions—and I’m SO glad I did. Not only did they stop the straps from digging in, but they also keep the straps perfectly in place so they don’t slide around. I’m beyond grateful I found these. They saved my shoes and my sanity!

A great gift for bridesmaids or bride herself. Used them on my wedding day for my sling back heels and you don’t see them in any pictures from the event. Would 100% recommend 🫶

I used these strips on the straps of my wedding heels. It works well and lasted through the whole night. Still in tact.

I bought a very expensive pair of sling backs. First wear-nightmare, clipping along with straps under my feet. Bought these and they are a miracle. Slim and so sticky, I feel sure they aren’t going to move. Genius product!!!!

These saved my favorite sandals! I bought a beautiful pair of expensive sandals but the straps gave me blisters. After some research I landed on these and they saved my shoes! I can actually wear them and walk for miles in them blister free. You'll need to replace them every so often but definitely worth it.
