Great fun
I have gotten these for my grandkids, cousins and friends’ kids. They range in age from 5 to 10. They ALL loved them (including the parents, and they stayed busy with them for several hours at a time. The pieces stay put. One of my grandkids has taken this one apart and is putting it together again. Great for dexterity, focus, following directions. Get them and you’ll be glad you did!!

Fun colors, my boys wanted the pieces and colors more then the puzzle. Better value for price per piece then the tubes. The gold color is more bronze is my boys' only comment. They are still happy about them.

Little Fella Was Thrilled
This was a gift for an elementary school boy and he was thrilled. He loved the colors!

So many options!
First off I love that these pieces are not your typical thick cardboard type pieces, they are made of a thick plastic material that can’t be ruined if wet, can’t be bent and can’t stick to my clothing while I’m walking around dropping and losing pieces all over my house! Yay win win! Lol the puzzle is easy enough for a younger child 7/8 to follow the instructions to be able to put together the actual design (peacock in this case) which little assistance from me. But not only can you create the beautiful bird, you can make your own designs or go on the company website and search for other designs you can create with these same pieces! How cool is that?! It’s really fun and is a nice twist of the typical normal puzzle! Great as a gift as well.

Plus Pluses are one of our favorites
My kids love Plus Pluses and have been big fans of the tubes for years. The smaller tubes have been great on trips since they are really packable and give lots of variety. I hadn't thought about using them to "paint" a picture but this concept is really great. It gives a different dimension to the play and at the end of the day you can still build whatever 3-dimensional shapes you want. Overall these are a great gift and a lot of fun for pretend play with the kids. Being able to find other designs or making your own really adds to the fun.The only downside is that they are a bit prices for a bunch of small plastic parts that are surely molded for fractions of a penny each. We have found 'generic' versions at local stores for significantly less and added them into the mix. But at the end of the day, the PLUS PLUS brand is continuing to innovate so I'm happy to support them.

Fun Alternative Way of Doing Plus Plus
We've had Plus Plus building sets before - we have a sports one where you build soccer goals, holiday ones, where we've made presents but this is a different take on it and it's pretty cool. It's basically a color by number puzzle, using the pieces on the preprinted poster. There are 11 colors in all which you line up on the side on the color chart and then you just lay down and attach the pieces in a 2-dimensional form to create the picture. There are 800 pieces in all which you can always use to build some 3-D figures once you are done doing your "puzzle". Fun concept and I really like the peacock design and colors!
