Sav-A-Hoof Protectant - 7.5 oz

I used this product as part of a thrush treatment for my horse. I would put the thrush meds on, Thrush Stop (which is the best thrush meds I've come across), let that soak in while I groomed him, and then finished off with Sav-a-Hoof. The thrush was nearly gone within a week with the biggest difference in frog condition and smell within a few days. Hands down, this is the best thrush treatment out there.

recommended by my farrier for damp conditions of MD. When painted on the sole it helps with thrush but more importantly, painting the 'cuticl" or nail bed allows the tubules that make up the hoof to resist becoming soft in damp conditions. This is very important for hoof strength in muddy conditions of MD spring, some summers, fall and most winter days.
