This creatine is exactly what I was looking for. It is pure micronized creatine monohydrate with no extra fillers and no flavor which makes it super easy to mix into anything. I usually add it to my pre workout or protein shake and it blends smoothly without any gritty texture. I have noticed better strength and endurance during my workouts since I started using it. This creatine mixes easily and has no strong taste, which makes it simple to add to water or a shake. I’ve noticed improved workout performance and recovery since using it consistently. It doesn’t upset my stomach, which is a big plus. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the packaging—it could be a bit easier to scoop without making a mess. Overall, solid product and good value for the price.

Bucked Up Creatine Monohydrate works well for me. As part of my morning routine I add a half scoop to each of my two cups of coffee to function. Without it I am extremely sluggish. It helps with my ADD and brain fog. The coffee part helps me to become my kinder self. Lol
