I am very happy with the Go365 pain relief spray. I have a meniscus tear in my knee so its prone to getting sore. The spray is quite effective whenever i feel sore. Doesnt burn the skin nor stings.

I suffer from major back pain especially due to work from home and a stagnant lifestyle. The pain is intense.At the end of the day, I spray this on my back and go to sleep. It relieves pain in minutes.I would have given 5 star. But for the spray nozzle. The tiny round piece on the spray button came off while using it. This has happened before with another product (herbalstrategi). It can't be fixed. Luckily I had another fitting nozzle.pros:very effective, does what it meant to do.cons:smell is strong. ensure your do not breath it while spraying.spray nozzle popped out and it is no longer usable. Luckily I had a similar nozzle to replace.
