We find this product an effective way to boost our intake of fruits & veggies. Very important part of feeling good & having more energy. Not a substitute for dietary intake of fresh veggies & fruits but definitely a game changer

I don’t think it’s as powerful or effective as the BalanceOfNature brand. I know it’s not. I would take just 1 tablet of each of the BalanceOfNature brand and I would have massive bowel movements and feel so much better. I had to take the full amount of 6 tablets of SimpleNature to get “almost” the same effect. It’s a good value for the money, but it lacks many nutrients found in BalanceOfNature. Pay more for the expensive BalanceOfNature.

We've only been taking them for a little over a month and haven't noticed a difference yet. My reason for the 3 stars is because they rises the price by $20 when the automatic reorder kicked in. We will give it another month and we will see if there is a difference and if they raise the price again.x

I actually take these vitamin pills in a number of ways. First the easiest way is just swallow them. The outside capsule actually has a sweeter taste, so it is not terrible to place in your mouth. I also open them up and poor them into a drink. It is pretty easy to slide them open, so it makes it a little easier. The shipping was VERY fast. I ordered it in the afternoon and it was at my house the next morning. So if I forget to order before I am empty, I do not have to worry about missing any days. The containers came well sealed, so I was not worried about them when I opened them up. There was a desiccant package inside the containers, so you do not have to worry about freshness. Overall if you are looking at the endless list of vitamins, you will not go wrong with these vitamins. Give them a try, you will not regret it. And you will get your daily amount of vitamins to stay healthy.

These are a good supplement to take to get Veggie and Fruit nutrients. The fruit ones have a fruity taste to them and the green ones, have a hint of a Veggie taste. I have felt a difference since taking them
