Skin Food - Coral 500 ml

As aftershave I honestly can’t stand this stuff. Not it’s fault it’s a good product. I just don’t like aftershave balms but if my shave was so bad I needed one or it was a cold windy day that I had to deal with, then this would probably work.I use it as a base under the lather from my soap or cream. Apply a tiny amount to a wet face before each pass apply lather and shave. This stuff is fantastic in that regard. It’s also a great pre-shave if you apply to a wet face them cover with a hot towel for 2-3 minutes. I don’t do the hot towel often but I do use this or Cella gel as a base for each pass every shave (7 days a week) and if I have to do any extra polishing I usually just rinse and rub in a small amount of Coral Skin food on the area to be polished. I find all balms leave my face feeling sticky and greasy ( no I’m not using to much) so it’s just out as aftershave. But as a pre-shave or lubricating base this stuff is great and a little goes a really long way.

My husband has used this product for years and would never shave without it. Excellent small company, product delivered within 24hrs, minimal recyclable packaging.

Great product. Very rosie and too sweet for me, so the next I'll do is Sandalwood. But it's personal preference, of course. Regarding the price, it's hard to say if it's overpriced or not because the product is great and 500ml is a lot. I used it daily and it'll last me for a couple of months for sure.I'd suggest you to buy small bottle if it's your first time trying, as the rose smell might be too much for you.

I found Geo F Trumper as a recommended brand on a website, and I'm glad I made the decision to purchase the large bottle of this. I use it as a pre and post shave moisturizer, it smells lovely and is absorbed in to the skin without leaving any residue at all.I'll give the Eucris flavour a try next, but that will be some time as I think the bottle of Coral Skin food will probably last 6 months or more.
