In my opinion Walthers trainline products have enough detail to be acceptable and have the potential to become an outstanding model with personal additions. The bones are there and for me that’s attraction of modeling with Walthers models. Hi.These flat cars are my favorit type of rolling stock,simply because you can do so much with them,ie i cut wood toothpicks in half glue them into cars stancheons snip points of and use an black indeleble marker on them,using fine twined string i tie down offcuts from flexi track,bogies,axels etc. CIAO.
