I was given a sample of Gnarly from a race so I tried it . It had all the ingredients that runners like and the calories too ! It tasted good and I had no cramping or stomach issues on long runs .

Summited Mount Baker with this in my nalgene. Great experience with sustained energy and taste of the product. My pee did turn bright orange. Freaked me out at first but I realized there was something in the nutrition that caused it and it was not due to dehydration.

Good product, definitely one of the better ones. Four stars for now as i have not experienced success during a race.

My order had an expiration of 6/2021 (essentially 1 year prior to the order). Not a great thing for food product.

Purchased the product and when I received them they had expired! Not impressed

I purchased this product. It can and all of the hydration packets had expired several months earlier. I reached out to Gnarly questioning their quality control. Their exact words was even the best makes mistakes. They told me to through them out and they would replace them, which they did with expired packets. When I reached out to the two gurus there about the second set of expired packets they never replied. Not a type of company that I would ever do business with.
