Early short Biography and 4 Sermons by church of Christ Minister, Marshall Keeble. A later much more complete Biography by Dr. J. E. Choate was completed after Marshall Keeble's death. This second Biography goes into more depth, as more information was known at the time of the second publication Roll, Jordon Roll was written by the noted author Dr. J. E. Choate. This book does have the early basic biographical information, and the 4 Sermons included are complete and written exactly as Marshall Keeble gave them primarily from a Gospel Meeting he had held in Valdosta, Georgia.This book is highly recommended as an early Biography, but is most desirable for the 4 excellent Sermons included by Marshall Keeble. This is a very good introduction to the early life and Sermons of Marshall Keeble, and the second Biography by Dr. J. E. Choate is a good follow-up in completion to the Biographical given in this work. Having both books gives a good introduction to the life and work of Marshall Keeble.

Love Marshall Keeble’s representation of God’s word. Such a simple and powerful way to study. Highly recommend reading this book.

I enjoyed the beginning and how the sermons came to be but I most enjoyed Brother Keeble's sermons. He loved the LORD and he showed it in his actions and life. What a blessing to all who came to hear the truth of the Bible. Wonderful book, great man and Amazing testament to Biblical truth. If you don't believe me, read this book with your Bible open and look it up, I'm thankful these books are available, I've got my copy loaned out at work to a seeker of truth. Hopefully this will lead to more Bible study and conversion to Christ.

What a treat for me! It has been over 60 years since I was present in a meeting where Brother Keeble preached. He came to Abilene, Texas and preached for the church that I attended from birth to my mid teens. I was baptized in the same church by my grandpa, an elder, who came to know Brother Keeble very well. I haven't checked, but think I have a picture of him and grandpa during one of his visits. I'm just thrilled. Worth the read. Great memories.Carolyn

Great sermons by a beloved Gospel preacher that I have heard in person twice; once in my college freshman at Abilene Christian College and thenfifteen years later in a tent meeting in Dallas, TX. His sermons in the book are like hearing him in person in a mixed race audience: Scripture based and direct. The book is a treasure for my small personal library even at age 83!

A great man who led many to Christ and planted several churches. A man to truly look up to.
