We had some issues with the product itself but they were quickly resolved by the company Tatub. They went above and beyond to help us replace a couple of parts. I was treated with respect and everything was resolved quickly. They are a true professional company.

DON'T PURCHASE!!!
There are a few issues with this.1) You don't get any of the extras. Definitely false advertisement.2) They don't give you all of the right parts.3) The quality is sub par.Absolut waste of time putting it together just to find out they didn't give as all of the parts.

Net is not enclosed!
Don’t buy this trampoline! They shortened us 6 screws! Plus the net is not in closed! It just hangs so it makes the trampoline smaller because the net looks too small so it does not go on the outside of the trampoline! Makes the trampoline look smaller with less room to jump!
