Really well written with detailed explanations
I like that this book is not too dense and not overpacked with technical content. It contains the right level of details to explain quite complex legal concepts, including how U.S. government works. And it offers transparency into how politics shapes how government runs. Even as a law student having taken all the law foundational courses, I still learned a lot by reading this book.

Full of errors
I wanted to like this product; however, it is full of factual errors (for example Ulysses S. Grant was the 18th president of the US, not the 15; and hip replacements are not hip transplants). The editors needed to do a better job of fact checking before publishing. It also seems to have a clear agenda of blaming the AMA for everything wrong with the current US healthcare systems. While I am not a fan of the AMA I feel the book authors have a clear agenda to place blame rather than explain the current system of healthcare in this country.
