I configured 1 min timer per day, and working flawlessly from 1 week, need to see how long Duracell batteries will last if goes beyond 30 days, purpose solved. Not sure about how durable it will be, will update after few months. You would need irrigation watering kit (means set of water pipes with water dispensers)with this, costs around 700 to 1000 different brands. Total cost around 3 to 3.5 k, if you do by yourself.

I liked option of scheduling every 6, 8 , 12 hours. I also have 4 zone timer from the same brand and it is working very well. Love it!

I will give here an honest review of the product for the benefit of potential buyers. This means that I will list both the good points of the product as well as the ones that need improvement. So please read this review carefully. The product comes neatly packed with a simple instruction manual. The product is made of dense plastic which makes it sturdy. It is sturdy enough to withstand sudden drops and hits. Unlike other water timers, this one continued functioning even after I accidentally dropped it twice from a 1-foot height. The knobs and buttons are easy to use and its backlit display does come in handy. Now for those aspects of that product that need improvement, especially if it wants to capture the Indian market. Although leak-proof the product is not easy to install on some taps. As you can see I had to make my own fittings to fix the Aqualin device. The weak rubber coupling (see picture 2) that is provided to attach the water timer to the source (inlet) is a disgrace. The attachment kept slipping from the garden tap nipple even after tightening the hose clamp and replacing it with a plastic nipple. I finally abandoned using it A pair of good qualities batteries could have been provided. Also, Troubleshooting Tips are missing in the manual. Moreover, there is no indication of where the product is made. Not sure of how true the claim of it being made in India is. It appears to be a product imported into India rather than a made-in-India one. Other than these drawbacks this product is a sensible buy since it comes with a one-year warranty and consumes minimal power. It runs only on two AA batteries. If you read this please remind me ([email protected]) to update this review within three months. Have used it for more than a week already and its performance is so far good. Product is good. works well. water timing is accurate. easy to use.Edit..Product solonoid stopped working in 10 days of use. water started to flow continuously flooding my garden and emptying my water tank.removal of battery, reset did not work.
