DIY Maybe. But a great buy.
Like so many items from China the translation and instructions are just horrible. That said if you have some experience you can make out how to install it.The product itself is cute, it throws out alot of clear white light. Completely provide a high level of light in hallways. It weighs nothing so I highly recommend it,

Just good for the price and looks.
Instructions are poor, quick connectors are a hazard, this quick connectors don’t make a tight and secure connection. I wired the connection the old fashion way following suggestions on how to make connection with small gauge strand wire and regular house gauge solid wire. Material used to make this lights feel cheap, they should be at a lower price but lights looks good installed in the ceiling. They are bright, it passed my expectations. I place 5 lights in a long hallway and when they are on looks modern and bright.

This is a solid choice for an entry way or dining room light. Easy install. Gives off decent amount of light. Great for low ceilings.

Working as expected
I bought 2 piece and was excited to finally install, one had an issue but resolved . Customers care /supplier was gracious enough to contact me and sent me a replacement light and they’re working as expected
