After reading a few reviews on the front tow hooks, I decided to give them a try and I must say that I’m very satisfied. The heavy steel forged hooks are nicely finished and the fitment is excellent using the included fasteners. Easy to install by simply dropping the front splash guard and then cutting a small notch into both of the plastic front grill tow hook knock out cover plates. It’s easier to simply cut the notches with a sharp knife instead of removing them completely. Add some anti seize lube to the fasteners and torque the 2 bolts on each gradually to 60 ft.lbs These hooks are a fraction of the cost of Mopar OEM hooks and simpler in design making them easier to install.

Hooks are nice. They are heavy. Go to a hardware store and buy better bolts to install. The ones provided are cheap junk.

WK2 22 LTD, need only to remove the facia and the original right side internal hook holder before simply screw in the two hooks. before reinstall, must cut out two holes in the facia for the hooks, which was the hardest part of the installation. bear in mind that, unlike original gc front recovery hooks, these hooks connects directly to the chassis and are not designed to retract upon direct front hit, i.e. they pass the blow energy directly to the chassis.

These are a great addition to “toughen up” any JGC.

Have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and it fits nicely. Only down fall it the bolts that were sent with it are not quality bolts, they are show quality. If you are wanting to use for if needing pulled out you will need to upgrade to better bolts.

As good as factory at about fourth of the price! One of my best purchases!
