Not worth spending your money
Not portable, must be plugged in at all times to use, and the usb cable is so short.Strap is quite short as well, didn’t even fit around my waist. I’m a size UK 12 (women) for reference. Heat output is ok, and the vibrations do help with pain relief.

Useless!
The device only works if it’s plugged directly into the wall. The usb cable attached to the product is so short, very very short so it’s impossible to use while plugged in. Have to return as I am unable to actually use it. Nice idea, very bad execution. I am really disappointed

I am not happy with this product it doesn’t work unless it’s plugged in and the wire is so short it’s impossible to have it plugged in and use it at the same time.
