Great deal
I am taking this for my insulin resistance, and The Source Naturals brand is high quality at a great price. I like the fact that these are tablets instead of capsules because I had the problem in the past with having a capsule stick in my throat as it dissolved. Not very pleasant! I wanted to try these out before I started a subscription and I am pleased.

So much more energy

Helpful in Burning Mouth Syndrome!
I cannot speak to all of the "usual" reasons for taking Alpha Lipoic Acid. It was suggested I try it for a very rare affliction known as "Burning Mouth Syndrome." For me, it has made a difference and I would recommend that anyone with the above mentioned syndrome who has not found an alternative, give this a try; it might make a difference for you as well. I would add that there have been a few clinical trials to back up this recommendation, though not of the highest clinical quality. Good luck.
