I bought 2 pairs, 1 arrived with a defective charging cable, I contacted the company directly and they were happy to send me a replacement for the defective item. I now have both item's charging cables working. Customer service experience was simple, easy, and great.The heat of the socks doesnt seem to match what is advertised though. Low feels like 80-85F, Medium 90-95F, and High felt like 95-100F. And it takes about 2-3 min to actually feel the heat. But overall it still works and warms up your feet. Leaving it on on high lasted around 6-7 hours.

While the socks themselves were nice enough, it took six hours to recharge the batteries. At high/medium/low setting, package says they should last 4/6/8 hours. After repeated trials, mine lasted no more than four to four and a half on medium.I would have thought a 4000mAH would have lasted longer.I revised this review from 2 to 4 stars because their customer service was so responsive and helpful Judge for yourself if this is adequate for your needs but I am returning mine.

The heat is only in the arch. By the picture I expected heat to be better distributed. My husband has Raynaud's, making his toes very cold. These socks didn't work for him.The company was very good at trying to help me, but I decided to return them.

The product seem to only Heat the bottom of my feet I was looking for it to Heat both feet and calf but they are thick and brought a little comfort

Needs better battery components

These were great except that i have a broad feet. (13w shoes are still kinda tight width wise) and these were just too tight across my toes. But the material was really soft, they seemed well made and1 the battery placement was in the right spot! I couldn't feel the elements when walking, but my feet started nice and toasty!

Don't waste your money on these sox I bought 2 par and they don't work! I bought some gloves at the same time and( I love them ) they work just fine and I take the battery out of the gloves and put it in the sox they get hot as fire 🔥 l thank the problem is the battery's. and you are not supposed to wash them...yuck🤮

This is what doctor order in this winter months in the North East. I have already purchased 3 different pairs and these are the best. I know the instructions say to start at the hottest then dial it down but I find if you keep at low, you can wear this for many more hours and still keep your feet warm.

I purchased these heated socks for a 94 year old gentleman, so i can;t really speak for him but he tells me he is very satisfied with the socks.

These never get toasty, but they definitely keep my feet from getting cold wearing dress shoes in very cold weather. I am wearing them with a liner sock. I cannot vouch for them in other situations such as hunting or winter sports, but they're good for a deep winter commuter.

I bought a pair of these socks for my daughter when she goes ice fishing, and for my son who is working as a journeyman electrician. They both absolutely love these socks. My son said if it is not too cold outside, the socks get too warm. They work as advertised. The heater pad is under the foot. There is none in the toe area. My son said the pad keeps your overall foot warm just the same.
