The settings are absolutely perfect. I put it on the highest setting in the highest vibration and I literally had to turn it down because it was so hot. I recently had knee surgery and I can't believe how soothing this feels. I think it's definitely worth the price and I highly recommend. You're getting this for yourself cause you never know when you're gonna need it!

Easy to use

The product works well, but they really could provide longer velcro straps -- have to struggle to get them to stay put because they are just a bit short.

Use for swelling of my knee from arthritis and it worked well to reduce the swelling and help with the pain .

This star wars looking knee contraption gives out good heat but only to the top potion of knee and not around the knee like where my pain is .Waste of money.

I bought it for an arthritic knee. So far, havent seen the benefits after a few days.Its fairly easy to use and runs for 10 minutes at a time.

I loved this product and it worked well, BUT, onky for a few weeks. it completely died after using it only a few times. My return window run out 14 days ago. The seller has guaranteed this product and said will refund money. Let’s see if the honor thier commitment …I’ll post again in a few days when and IF they resolve my problem. I’m hopeful I’ll hear from them with a positive solution..like refund or replacement.

I bought this due to the seasonal change in temperature affecting my knee.I was hoping/thinking the massage effect would have been more than vibration, but that is all it is unfortunately... it felt more like my phone or a game controller was vibrating on top of my knee.the heat function however, is great and definitely helps ease the pain, which is what I was primarily going for. I have yet to tell if the infrared and laser have helped, although I have read that that type of therapy takes time.although the body of this is hard plastic with no give/movement, one can walk around with it on, but it is definitely something to be used laying or sitting down.as for the fitment of the straps: my thigh is 18" around at about 5" above my knee and I have to pull it fairly tight (not to the point of discomfort or loss of circulation) for the velcro to stick, so if you have thighs bigger than that, this may not fit.all-in-all the machine is decent. if you want something that massages more than vibrates, this is not the machine you're looking for. if you want something that just gives heat, I would say look for a compression sleeve that has a heat feature.

I need to redo my review not even 6 months and it stop working bought one and they replace it as it stop working after one use so they send me a replacement now the replacement i been using for less then 6 months now dead not charging and stop working completely very désappointing to pay so much money for something that does not even last not very happy this is désappointing

This gadget is absolutely remarkable!! Use 3-4 times a day and have noticed significant improvements in mobility and pain management. Postponing knee surgery due to the fact this thing is making life less painful and my walks longer and more enjoyable.Cons, have to remember to charge daily, but I use it a fair bit. Velcro straps seem too long. Be gentle, a little bump cracked the screen.Will likely purchase a second unit for use at work instead of transporting back and forth.Highly recommended

I haven't been using long but can say that the heat and massage does feel very good and helps to alleviate pain for the short term. I will need to continue to use for a while to see what the long term effects are. I however need to mention that the velcro straps are not long enough therefore it's difficult to keep it secured and I've had to improvise by wrapping a tensor bandage around it.

Looks very good quality. The touch functions works properly without any lag. Over all it is great product, I’d buy again in future as a gift
