Price is right. Nice strong rim for a build I expect to stay true. For even spoke tension I got 3/4th of the wheel dead on at roughly 100 KgF - 24 left, 24 right on the Park spoke tension TM-1, but keeping the wheel perfectly true around the joint required allowing variation between left and right side. So, it can be trued to 15% variation - better than 20% but not as good as 5%. A pretty good deal - nice rim.

The only issue that I had was one of the holes for the spoke nipples was not all the way cut out but it just took a slight press and it fell out also took a drillbit to bore out for a Presta valve
