Swamp Mustard

Made some incredible ribs with this.... Used Everglades Cactus Rub and Everglades Heat... rubbed ribs down with that and some olive oil. Wrapped in tin foil, thrown in the oven for 3.5-4hrs @275. Pulled them out, let them sit for 20 minutes. Collected some of the Rib juice and mixed with the swamp mustard, then threw the ribs on a high heat on a propane grill. Roughly 5-8 minutes per side. More Swamp mustard on after. Mind blowing.

My neighbor turned me on to Gator Hammock sauce, when researched to learn more about it, I discovered they have this Gator Hammock Swamp Mustard sauce, so I had to give it a try, & discovered it makes a great marinade for chicken (* I like to add some honey to it before I toss it on the grill & make some nice chicken fillet sandwiches. Seller shipped fast, item arrived in good condition, well protected, no broken bottles or glass.... just some great tasting Gator Hammock Swamp Mustard sauce!

Looking for a yummy mustard sauce for chicken, pork or whatever this one is it. Even good for just dipping pretzels. Good flavor. Our go to brand for mustard sauce.

This is the best mustard you will ever taste and has just a hint of spiciness.The only downside is that it could stand to be a little thicker. Regardless, I can't imagine a better condiment for brauts or hot dogs. The flavor goes well with hamburgers and sandwiches but because of the light consistency, it can be quite messy and wasteful.

This is a thin, slightly runny mustard that has amazing flavor. I love this on hot dogs, pork and chicken, even mac and cheese.

I really wanted to like this product but anytime I would try it, I would always get the smell of malt vinegar. I cannot stand malt vinegar and it nasty feet smell. I love gator hammock sauces but this one, unfortunately, is not for me.
