The Perfect Brownie Pan!
This 9 inch X 9 inch Non-Stick square pan from the Rachael Ray Oven Lovin' Collection was a great purchase. I have never owned any of her pans previously but the price was great so I decided to try it as I had been looking for a new pan especially for baking brownies. It has extra wide handles with orange silicone grips. The grips are nice added feature but I still use oven mitts when removing from the oven. This pan can withstand 500 degrees and has a truly "non-stick" coating....literally NOTHING sticks to it. You simply hand wash it with no scrubbing required. I have owned this for over 6 months and since purchased more than one of these pans. The pan is about 2" deep (including the lip of the pan) and mine has shown no signs of rust upon washing. Tip: Read the insert that comes along with the pan as you need to lower the temperature on almost every recipe and there is a list of Do's and Don'ts and if followed your pan will last. I also love that no greasing is necessary which saves so much time as I bake a lot. This is a great brownie pan if you like them a little thicker and they come out moist too. I highly recommend!

Rachel Ray bakeware is as good as it gets
These pans seem a little pricey but they are definitely good quality. I've never needed to grease them. They clean well. But should only be hand washed. These pans do require some extra care. Don't use them under a broiler. Wood, plastic or silicone utensils only. Don't use cooking spray on them. Ever. Definitely keep them away from burners. I once took one out of the oven & set it on a burner that I didn't know was still hot & the pan scorched. Still useable but not attractive. That's why I had to replace them. But that was my fault & nothing to do with the bakeware. I've used Rachel Ray bakeware for years & love them. They just need a little more TLC than most bakeware. But with that extra care will come a long time of use.

This is a great 9x9 pan
I have several recipes that call for a 9x9 pan. I've made the dish with an 8x8 pan with disappointing results, so I decided to spring for a 9x9 pan. WOW, what a difference it made in a recipe from Baking-Sense.com for Peach Oatmeal Bake. The thickness of the bake was as it was supposed to be. Because it is a larger area, the bake wasn't as thick as in the 8x8 and it cooked to a nice golden brown. The pan was so easy to maneuver with the silicone handles and was very easy to clean.

Best nonstick bake ware ever
I have a few different Rachel Ray pans. I have been so impressed with them all. I have had the loaf pan with draining insert since it first came out for purchase and it still looks and cooks like new. It is the only pan I use for meat loaf. I will continue to purchase the brand for sure and definitely recommend the line to be tried. You won't regret it.

I'm totally sold on this brand.
I've got three pans this size now, and this one is by far the best. My lemon bars bake perfectly, no burned edges like with my other two. Totally non-stick, too. I've had my Rachael Ray meatloaf pan for a few years, and it still cooks evenly and doesn't stick. Wash by hand in soapy water to protect the surface. This brand costs a few dollars more, but definitely worth the price.

Cooking time.
This pan cooks faster than a glass pan.

Where have these been all my life!
I will only hand wash this set but they are awesome. There’s slight discoloration o around the edges where stuff (like pizza cheese) got burned on but they clean easily and definitely DO NOT STICK! I make tons of cookies and home made pizza and my husband is constantly baking biscuits or rolls with to go with dinner. They’ve been used hard but are as non stick as day one and I’ve had about a year now. No metal utensils and hand wash and they’ll last a long time.

Spend a bit more and get good quality.
Rachael Ray brand is very good quality. What a difference baking with these compared to Dollarama pans.
