The hanger is fairly easy to install, although sometimes I wished I had an extra hand to stretch and arrange the four prongs. It seems very sturdy. Although designed to hang plates, I adapted it to hang 6 inch decorative tiles, and it fit satisfactorily. The angle of the prongs grabs the thicker borders of the tiles less well than it would a plate, but seems secure enough that it will not fall off. The protective sleeves help prevent slippage. The hardware is nearly all hidden behind the object being hung, quite unobtrusive. Overall very pleased.

I bought these to hang some appetizer plates on the wall to use for decoration in my Louisiana kitchen. They hold perfectly and there is no threat of them falling. These hangers come with the hardware to use with them. I would recommend to anyone.

I bought these to hang some beautiful and very rare small plates on my dining room wall. They are exactly what I was looking for. They work well and do not damage the plates. The plates hang flat on the wall and are secure. Just what I was looking for!
