A good tool for occasional use.
A good tool to have if you prefer DIY your small plumbing projects. I installed a garage sink. The PEX valves were cut in no time.

PEX expansion tool for home improvement.
Only used on 1/2 with good results. Manual turn between expansion steps cullumberson especially for fixed tubing. Great value for low duty rate projects. Operation simple with easy fitting insertion. Cutting tool very sharp with square cuts, Happy with the product. Tips to overcome limitations would be helpful to include,

Solid tool, holding up well
Was redoing all the hydronic piping for a boiler in PEX-A. Too much flow restriction with PEX-B. Tool does the job fine but does require some muscle, especially if the PEX is cold. Made ~50 expansions so far and no signs of wear. Takes about 4-5 pumps for fully expand pipe. Sturdy blow-molded case is a plus. Doesn't specify what type of grease is recommended. Appears to contain PTFE so Super Lube 41160 may be the closest alternative. Though the small tube should last quite a while on it's own. A pro will certainly want a power tool for this but for just sporadic use I'm satisfied.

Works on pipe and gives you a workout too
Works great, just be sure to lube up the conical forcing piston before installing the expansion fingers for your size pipe. It will take considerable force and several "bites" to expand 3/4" tubing but works as expected. Given the effort required to expand 3/4" PEX, I think I would only do a few connections on larger sizes of PEX.

Nice tool!
Tool works as described. It works fine as long as you have room to operate it. Tough to use in tight spaces.

Works very well
So far so good. Works quite well. Sturdy and a very nice case. My only problem is the instructions. Not clear at all. But having watched both plumbers in my home using similar devices and online videos I was able to use it.

Great results
Works great at a fraction of the cost of an electric one. Good instructions and very simple to use. I've never worked on PEX before. After watching a couple of videos I was expanding and making good connections in a matter of minutes.

All necessary suzes
The tool was used in 3/4 inch pex. Did a quick job on expanding the pipe and collar.
