It states 2-pack 6040mAh battery plus you get a charging station.

Will these batteries work for stick up cameras installed outside? It does get pretty cold where i live

These batteries will work in Ring devices. Their capacities are well below genuine Ring batteries, but they do work.

After the batteries charge, should you remove them from the charger or, is it ok to leave them on?

I charged one battery for the Ring Doorbell with a USB cable to my Laptop. The green light will come on when it’s fully charged. You take it off the USB cable and plug it into the Ring Doorbell. If you have power to the Ring Doorbell the battery will stay charged. Eventually, all rechargeable batteries wear out and you simply replace them.
