Is great.. Works wonder to gel nails . I've used it even for acrylics also . works with that too. Quantity is really great. Gonna last you very long.

WARNING** it’s pretty strong stuff so always do a tester on skin before hand. Anyway ... Marvellous stuff. Worth it if you are into doing gel polish using normal uv polishes but specifically this product is a MUST when using builder gels/ acrylics. I tried for a few months without it and within days my gels/ infills/extensions were lifting off. I bought primer and that didn’t cut it. This bonder works a treat. Now I have my nails on until I am ready to take them off. Plus IBD have tutorials and how to videos online and on YouTube so it’s easy to pick up tips and tricks. This stuff will last me for donkeys years !

Leaving this review as I am just about to repurchase. I bought my first bottle in July 2018 (lasted over 2 years!) and have been using it on my nails every 2-3 weeks (along with the IBD dehydrator). I used to have problems with lifting before I bought this - no lifting/chipping whatsoever! My gels don’t come off until I remove them, which is the way it should be. I’ve seen some other reviewers have had some issues but that’s probably to do with technique.Dehydrator - use as much as you wantPowerbond - use sparingly. If there is too much on the nail plate or if it gets on your skin, gel product will start to flood around the cuticle area/lateral nail fold and you’ll have to clean up the area before you cure and it can be time consuming

So, being an amateur at gelling my nails the final finish wasn't the best, but I think that's more down to my skill level. Other than that it looks absolutely amazing, such a pretty shine. Also, when applying the gel it goes on a sort of yellow ish colour so easy to determine where you have or haven't painted already. I will deffo recommend and buy again in the future

Used IBD Gel before and found them to be a step up from the Bluesky/CCO, but not as expensive as Harmony Gelish, so a good "in-between" for home use. This particular shade is a halfway between deep red and orange. It was thinner in consistency than I would have liked and needed 3 coats to get a solid colour. It did start to peel after a few days, which was disappointing considering that the Smokey Plum shade stayed on so long I had about 3mm of nail growth showing at the bottom when I finally took it off! I will continue to buy this make as I have found that some shades of the more expensive Gels also peel/ware off at the tips after a few days - I think the variation in UV exposure time, the thickness of the base coat and top coat, and the pigments in the colour can effect how well the polish performs.

I was using hard gel so i could grow my nails but occasional a nail would ‘ping’ off so I purchased this and its made the world of difference. Since then I’ve started to use Acrylic and do full extensions, so now i use this as part of my ‘Prep & Prime’ (this step is the ‘Primer’).It’s a great product that can be used with all nail systems.I think I’m going to use it on clients who have trouble with Gel polish lasting too...
