It took me a while to figure out how to make it work but once I did wow, it’s a lifesaver. First I couldn’t turn it on. You have to pull hard on the red emergency shut off button located near the filling nozzle. Then you have to make sure you slide the blue collar thingy on the air compressor hose to the open position. You control the volume with the hand wheel but the speed and flow are controlled with the two little knobs on top (one of mine arrived broken but the seller thoughtfully included a spare) and also the little knob beside the fulling nozzle seems to control the dribbling/dripping after filling stops.For those freaking out because the hopper wasn’t included: it ships separately because it’s HUGE. I contacted the seller when mine didn’t arrive with my filler and they answered right away, assuring me it was shipped separately. The hopper arrived the next day. I think you should always reach out to the seller before leaving a one star review for a good product.

Don't waste your money purchased over a year ago and I was very disappointed. Very inaccurate every time it filled a bottle it was a different measurement. Asked for a refund and I never heard from them.

Had a few issues with getting some set up issues resolved and one of the adjuster valves was broken on the top of the machine. I was happy to see that they included an extra valve, I suppose just in case there was a problem. Also, I had to change out the air inlet to a standard quick-disconnect. Nothing was difficult, just had to look it over carefully. The photo and component descriptions in the manual, did not represent the machine that I received and the set-up instructions were poorly written and for a similar machine, but not good enough for this one. I had to play with it awhile, but fairly easily figured it out. We did use the unit for a 2 oz liquid fill, of about 1,200 bottles and it worked great.I am very pleased with the unit and the value. They should take some time to correct the manual. It would save a lot of time to not have to figure it out, through trial and error.There was not much seller support. Seller support should get 1 star.

hard to set up, no follow up on parts and aceesories. still, once I get the touch on iit from youtube videos, work amazingly great. the value is amazing.

Huge box, no hopper. Not guaranteed by amazon. I am losing my mind.
