Q: Are the 2-fry & 1-sautee pan the only pans with healthy fusion non-stick coating?

Yes, the pots and others do not have a coating.

Q: What temps can the non stick pans go into the oven at?

550 degrees F for pans and 400 degrees for glass lids. I love my set. I have never had a set I have loved this much.

Q: Do I have to season these before using for the first time? How do I season them?

Yes the Stainless Steel without coating needs to be seasoned. Rub with oil and heat up. Do that each time you cook. Cleanup is easy. Footnote: The big pan with coating wears out and food sticks. Hindsight I would buy a complete stainless set. Nice and heavy I like them otherwise.

Q: Are these actually dishwasher safe and durable? I’m tired of going through pots and pans and having them last only a couple years.

My wife and I have had these for several months now, after buying an induction stove, and had no problems with them. The pots and pans themselves are made entirely of metal, and the non-stick coating works well. I wouldn't use a metal utensil to cook with on the non-stick surface, that's just common sense. Don't bang metal into the non-stick surface, and it should last for years, I think. Don't drop the glass and stainless steel lids on a concrete floor or your bare toe, and they should last for years as well (lids and toe! ;-) ).
