Some specifics about the iCodis CB-400 *update 2
This is my 2nd update, after owning the iCodis for about 10 days. So far, mostly good, though it's not terrifically bright. Picture quality is decent for an LED projector. There is significant menu lag at times. Just a few notes of things that I found out for myself... For using Local Files, the projector doesn't seem to support either ExFat or NTSF formatting for thumb or hard drives. It does support MS-DOS and FAT32 formatting for thumb drives. Which means you can't load any files over 4GB. Also, though the instructions don't list MKV voice files as being supported, it does support MKV at least to some degree. As for MicroSD, apparently it can support 32GB, and the card goes in upside-down to what you expect, and into the TF slot. Amazon Prime Video doesn't work, even though the app is included. Some Android apps seem to require a mouse (or better yet, also a keyboard) attached via one of the USB ports in order to input data (password, etc.). As for cases, I stumbled on an inexpensive solution, a case made for GoPro cameras. The projector fits almost perfectly but some foam plucking is necessary in order to fit in the power adapters and remote. Not enough room for much more:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MAQWQP4/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1I also picked up a tiny Bluetooth keyboard with a trackpad built in:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y56BBYP/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1the Back key on the remote is equivalent to the Right-Click key on the keyboard. And the 3D key on the remote is the f1 key on this keyboard. Some DLP-Link 3D glasses that seem to work well with the iCodis:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DOXYG9A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1**edit: Have just confirmed with Amazon that it does NOT support this projector, or perhaps any projector, with Amazon Prime Video. Amazon has ended streaming support for every device I own, probably to sell Fire Sticks.**edit: just compared the iCodis CB-400 to the Wowoto H8, another 3D-capable mini projector with excellent reviews. Though the H8 doesn't have a battery, Wowoto does have a similar model with a battery, for about $459. Pros of the Wowoto: much better and more attractive system software (cleaner, easier to use, less drag time) plus brightness, contrast, and color controls inside of the video player (which the iCodis does NOT have... you have to exit the player and go the the settings), a better file manager, about 15% bigger and perhaps brighter image in 2D, a slightly better remote where the menu button DOES work (as opposed to the iCodis), aspect ratio setting button works even in 3D (it doesn't work in 3D on the iCodis, but it's rare you'll ever need this, and probably never with HDMI), and presumably better product support (iCodis has yet to reply to any of my questions sent in via email, etc.). Pros of the iCodis: Better image quality (slightly more natural and without any obvious color bias, whereas the Wowoto has a noticeable magenta cast, at least with Youtube), Google Play Store support (the Wowoto uses an app store called Aptoide TV), slightly brighter 3D, and a really nice feature where by hitting the right or left arrow keys on the remote while watching a video, you jump 5 seconds forward or back. I'm probably going to stick with the iCodis because of the image quality and Google Play Store. **But a note for iCodis, there is NO EXCUSE for 1. no image controls while watching a video, 2. the non-working menu button on the remote, 3. the lack of product support.

Not 3000 lumens..
Works great but falsely advertised. This is not 3000 lumens. It is actually 500. Go straight to their website and look it up. 500 Ansi. Basically 500 real lumens. 1500 ISO / 500 ansi lumens. It is bright yes but not as I'd expect for it saying 3000 lumens.

Highly recommended you buy it for it's performance versus portability
This is a great device. You can connect it to almost anything. The picture is great though you will have to adjust the focus for about the first 10 minutes while it's warming up. Afterwards, the picture stays sharp and clear. Audio can be connected by either a 3.5 mm cable or by bluetooth. As a guitar player, I'm aware to the latency that bluetooth transmitters can induce and this is the case here. It is rather low latency but it's just something that I notice only initially after connecting. The picture is bright enough that you can watch in a lit room though as mentioned before, I do recommend turning off the lights for better performance. The entire time I've had it, I have never pointed it at a projector screen and it looks great. Flat white painted walls are great and the stand that comes with it will make aiming it and holding it there possible. I have even watched movies in bed with it on the ceiling. Highly recommended you buy it!

Great little machine!
This is an update to my first review. I had not read all of the instructions before using the projector, or I would have given it a better review the first time. In my review, I indicated that I could not connect the projector to my iPad via Bluetooth, even though I was able to successfully PAIR the two. In the instructions, it says I need to open the "Happycast App" on the projector, then connect both the projector and the iPad to the same wireless network. Then, I can use Airplay to connect the two, just like using Apple TV. And that works. Like a charm. Also, I had not been able to play MP4 videos from a USB thumb drive, but that was because I was not doing it right; again, my fault. So, let me just say how excited I am about this great little projector. By the way, the reason I figured all of this out was that the iCodis folks wrote to me after my bad review. Lessons: read ALL of the instructions, and then, if you have questions, contact the seller before giving a bad review. My apologies to the company.

Review for iCodis CB-400 model
So this review is for the new iCodis CB-400 model. Currently been using for 1 week without any issues. On the whole pleased so far with the performance.Pros.. Compact and great for people on the move showing off presentations.. Good resolution to see window icons clearly.. Very light weight.. Easy to see projection in a lit room.. Excellent keystone ability when your unable to line the projector square on to the screen. Keystone only aligns in the vertical plane.. Google friendly with built in system.. Can project a very large image at a short distance.. Built in battery that lasted just over 2 hours.. HDMI input.. 1 x USB 2.0 and 1 x USB 3.0 input. Bluetooth connect.. Audio output jack.. Wireless connect for all YouTube etc.. Easy to operate focus wheel.. Easy to use remote control (batteries not included).. Comes with HDMI cable.. Connected to my Surface Pro via HDMI cable seamlessly. Also no issues connecting to my colleagues ASUS laptop.. Screen adapts to all ratio types on the zoom function.. Flips automatically, should you wish to hang the projector from the ceiling.. Has an inverse image function, should you wish to view the image from the back of a screen.Cons.. This is made in China and I spotted some spelling mistakes on the English menus.. The plastic casing does not look high quality.. Tripod is cheap looking.. Struggled to understand how to update firmware, however the unit works fine.. Instruction manual very basic.. Battery charger very big.. High price tag at £399 which I paid.. ICODIS website has not yet been updated to even mention the CB-400 model.. Does not come with a carry case for those on the move.

These small projectors still not good enough
I wanted to like this product, but....I had multiple issues: Playback often had issues with sound quality either through internal speaker, line out or Bluetooth; It didn't seem to work with Amazon Prime Video, and a few other streaming services that work on Airplay, such as All 4 and even the built in apps, such as Amazon and Sky Go failed to work (Only one it did work with consistently was BBCi); Despite being in English language it had Chinese error messages come up; wouldn't allow to change time zone to UK; remote down button was intermittent; and an annoying visible up arrow in left corner all the time, even during playback. Shame.

I love this projector ....
Bought this projector as it seemed to be everything that I needed e.g small, 3000 lumens and rechargeable. Fortunately it exceeded in everything I needed.I have to say the picture quality in this projector is fantastic and the fan runs very quiet.I have thrown a picture on our magnolia walls over 90 inches no problem even synchs up with 3d glasses and plays 3d movies...fantastic and very pleased with this projector which I have paid full price for as I do not work for Amazon or the seller.

Misleading description
Misleading description: 3000 lumen are 500 ansi-lumen in this case, so be aware this is *not* very bright. Also connectivity is not working well (bluetooth was not connection & I could not actually connect to my Google accounts). Finally, the instruction manual had water damage and the projector had a small dent on the back (a piece came off). This was not worth it!
