How have I lived this long without these things??
I cannot recommend these highly enough! We have hard water and constantly battle the mineral buildup in sinks and faucets. Regular pumice stones worked in the sink bowls, but we needed something small enough to fit into the faucets and under the drain ring (or whatever it’s called). I am so glad we tried these! See the before and after pictures; they speak for themselves. Twenty minutes of work and our faucets looked new again! The sticks are longer than a typical sponge (see pic for scale) and are made of a much finer grain than regular pumice stones. They disintegrate as you use them, so consider getting two boxes if you have a lot to clean. The plastic holder is worthless; I would not bother with it. It was cumbersome, added bulk to the sticks, and caused them to break in half. Once I discarded the holder, it was a brilliant cleaning experience. I am adding these to my list of ‘must have’ cleaning supplies.Quick side note: the package looks extremely similar to a generic pregnancy test, so there’s that. I considered using it to prank my husband.

Works, but not long lasting
We have hard water an have some tight areas that I just couldn’t get to with the regular pumice stone I use. These worked great for getting into those spots and cleaned it all up but it used up a lot more of the stick than what I’m use to. The holder was also kind of a pain to fill but will continue to use it as I’m sure they would just snap as I’m cleaning without it. Might shop around for my next purchase to try and find some longer lasting but not against buying these again.

works great in small areas
they work great for getting into small areas. You have to use a little pressure but it does remove hard water stains on the sink. The only thing i don't like is the sticks are a little flimsy. I wish they were hard like the other ones that are sold. These are more like a heavy Styrofoam,

It’s small enough to reach where a normal size pumice can’t
I bought this to remove some hard water spots from toilets where my normal sized pumice stick cannot reach. I was able to remove them but the stick did break in half (the section that was housed in the holder). This pumice is pretty soft compared to the pumice stick I have that is made for toilets and disintegrates rather quickly while scrubbing. Still, I was able to scour out the hard water stains I needed to remove. The directions that came with it explain how to assemble the pumice stick in the holder but my holder came already assembled. I had a tough time trying to remove the bottom cap so that I could attach the pumice stick. I wouldn’t have been able to use the pumice without the holder because the pumice sticks are thin and can break easily if not in the holder. I assume my pumice stick broke in the holder because I was using too much force. Still, I’d buy it again just to be able to reach those tight areas my regular pumice stick cannot.

Great For Porcelain
This pumice pen is just what I needed to get the calcium deposits off of my toilet bowl. The water where I live is mildly hard, enough so that the faucets, sinks, and showers get wiped down after each use, but hey, that part of the house stays clean; always. The toilets however, were getting a buildup of streaks and a ring I just couldn't remove despite scrubbing with one of those green pads and Bon Ami every time I cleaned them. This pumice pen is simple to use and doesn't scratch the porcelain bowl. The pumice wears down pretty fast, that's probably why it doesn't scratch. I was able to erase the streaks and the ring with little effort. Now I can stay on top of it without using as much pumice. I used one stick to get both toilets like new again. I didn't have any troubles with the pumice breaking. The pen the pumice sits in works okay. I've found that if I keep my thumb on the ratcheting mechanism while using it keeps the pumice from sliding back into the pen. There is a fair bit of waste when the ratchet button is all the way forward, and the button itself sticks occasionally, so I think the pen design could be improved upon.I'm happy I found the solution to this particular problem. I'll be sure to keep this product well stocked.

Not Worth the Money
The pumice stones do what they're supposed to.The holder is useless. It jams completely. Stones will snap with the slightest pressure. It's just not worth the money for something that doesn't make the job easier.

Pretty crappy
Broke before I even opened the box. Tried to put the stick in the holder thingy and it was not going well. When I finally did, the stick broke every time I tried to use it. Not easy to use.

Great pumice stone
The shape of this product is very easy to use. We're have used multiple pumice stones to remove build up on the pool walls. This had the best speed and performance removing the build up.

Finally found an easy solution to remove hard water stains from white porcelain sink and black granite coubtertop! Didn't take too long. Looks so great now. Didn't need gloves, just dip pumice stone stick holder in water periodically.
