Goli Energy works!
This is my second purchase as the product has increased my energy level. I did not like that it only was available in a 5 pack.

May Make Some Silly
The flavor is pretty decent, though there is a bit of a bitter aftertaste that lingers. That bitterness is quite common with caffeine extracted from green coffee beans, stevia usually leaves me with a bitterness as well. That being said, it's not entirely unpleasant. Even sharing with friends, they didn't mind it. The initial flavor is really nice, like a little candy bar. I usually start with one bite, and have a second after about a half hour, if I feel I need another. It doesn't necessarily make me feel less tired, but it takes the edge off and boosts my mood. It does seem to make things more funny than they should be, which may be a little annoying in some individuals. Know yourself and maybe start with half a bite if you think you might be sensitive to it. I also recommend keeping in the fridge, the coating tends to get somewhat melty at room temperature.

They Work!
I was skeptical at first when buying this. I didn't want to make coffee every morning and this seemed like a great option! And it really worked! I started off with one a day and I could already see there was a change in my demeanor; I was more awake at work, I was happier and found that I was energized even without taking them. The world was in balance! But then it happened... one wasn't enough. I went from one to 4 in a week; 4 to 5 the next day. The max serving is five pieces so I was scared - how will I have enough energy? How will I get my work done? What if I'm never happy again!?In short, these are a great product! Definitely try them out and you'll like them! There's a bad aftertaste that makes me shiver so it's 50/50

It's too soon for me to rate correctly
I just received these a few days ago, but for the few I have used, I have not experienced any negative effects. I'll update this review in a few weeks ago.

A great way to start the day
I use these bites to help me wake up. They taste good and provide energy. They do contain a small amount of Guarana, so be sure to read the ingredients to make sure that taking them is not contraindicated with any meds or health condition.

Don't like the taste
I don't like the taste of these energy bites. It tastes bitter, like you take a chocolate and a pill... Other vitamin bites of the same kind taste a lot better - you cant tell the difference from a regular chocolate sweets. Can't tell that it made me more energized as well.I won't buy it again.

This works for me so far…
I can’t drink coffee due to GI upset so I’m stuck with chocolate or mint with caffeine. I’ve tried different brands made with chocolate, mint, rice crispy all with caffeine and I’m still trying to find more options that works. So far goli didn’t disappoint. (Price point Though it’s pricey) I eat 3 in the morning and pretty much I’m okay but depending on my day I can eat 2 more in the afternoon . I really like that its soft and chewy however i wish goli would make something sugar free or just way less sweet version? Considering i have to eat 3 or more a day. I also like their ashwagandha gummies because it relaxes me however the gummy is also really sweet. Goli people - pls consider less sweet or sugar free version of your product…they don’t have to be super sweet, what matters is that they are effective!
