Perfect Fitness Resistance Bands

In my opinion I love this style of resistant bands. The way that you can attach them by looping makes them very easy to use, add more weight, and functionality. I definitely plan on getting more, cause they do breaks eventually, but I think I got a couple years out of one before it snapped on me.

These are perfect for you're stretching and cardio rutine. They are not flimsy so don't kid yourself, the elastic is very well made and sturdy. After a few repetitions you feel the burn in you're muscles. The set comes with two bands, hand grips and door stopper. It's all comes in a nylon storage bag that you can take everywhere. Great starter set!

Sturdy and travel friendly, just You-Tube a resistance band workout and you're good to go. No excuses here ;)

I've just started using the bands so I cannot tell about its durability yet but my first impression is that this is a very good product. From the box to the feel of materials used I think it's top notch and will last a long time. I'm satisfied.

I bundle these tube resistance bands and great resistance and long range of motion in both directions. I find the flat bands have much shorter range of motion than these.

One of my favorite items yet, the only advice I would give is if you primarily want to use the door stopper, make sure you have enough space because the band's get rather long

Best bands out there, as long as you follow directions and read the warnings you'll love this product and it will last. Extremely versatile I take mine to the park to train after a nice cardio session. Love that you can easily add different band resistance together to make a more changeling workout.The delivery was accurate and the packaging was perfect as expected.Enjoy if you purchase this product.

Está muy bien hecho y con instrucciones y advertencias muy claras sobre su uso; hay muchos ejercicios disponibles en el sitio del fabricante PerfectOnline donde hay disponibles videos demostrativos y cartas de ejercicios en PDF (los videos están en desarrollo, pero los PDFs están bastante completos, contienen el código de colores de las bandas y su resistencia/peso equivalente). Las tiras de tela que sirven para unir las ligas con las agarraderas están hechas con tela de alta resistencia: son del mismo tipo de correas/costuras que se usan en los paracaidas/equipos de rescate, así que son bastante seguras, aparte las instrucciones en el instructivo son muy claras: antes de cada uso hay que hacer una cuidadosa inspección visual.El ancla para puerta (door anchor) es MUY buena idea y permite usar las banda para una amplio rango de ejercicios, como si estuvieran fijos a la pared o al techo.El kit tiene las piezas sueltas porque forman un conjunto increíblemente flexible que permite usar las bandas con o sin manijas, junto con la posibilidad de comprar las ligas por separado aquí en Amazon para hacer un equipo ejercitador de lo más completo.
