Nice Drivers
I bought these to replace an old control board on my mini lathe that had a parallel port. I bought a usb control board and these controllers. The controllers work right away with my old 6 wire 2 amp steppers.Fast as lightning delivery, good product and a great price. What more could you ask for? Thanks!

Basic but solid stepper drivers
I don't know what to say about these; like A4988 drivers; they're pretty "basic", but these work well.My only "issue" with these is the poorly bonded heatsink. These drivers feature a decently sized external heatsync (the entire back bulk of the driver!) which includes the mounting flange. This heatsync is.. not connected to anything out of the bag. There's a small aluminum cutoff-slug thermally cemented to the driver chip itself, and that aluminum has rubbed the heatsync on the back, but after setting these to 4A and leaving a stepper engaged, I expected the heatsync to heat up: the unit was getting warm (~70degrees-c) but the heatsink was still below 30degrees-c.I applied some thermal paste to the connection and re-assembled the drivers, now during the same test the external heatsink maintains a 38degrees-c temp and I feel much more comfortable running these for long periods.Given the price: These are great. Just make sure that they have some thermal paste applied!
