My new favorite pick
Picks are kind of a personal preference thing. I used the Tortex picks for a long time because, well that's what I used. The main complaint I had about them was they tended to wear out and get ragged along the edges pretty quickly. These things, by comparison, seem indestructible. Anything else I'd have to say about them would be pretty subjective: for acoustic guitar, the clean edge seems to be more forgiving of my sloppy strumming and it seems to give more of a clear tone when I flat-pick. They feel like they glide across the strings vs. the Tortex could feel like it was digging in, especially as they wore out. Totally subjective. About the only ding I have on them is they are a little slippery feeling when wet. Good luck and happy playing!

My personal favorite after years hunting for the "perfect pick."
I've lost count of how many different types of picks I have tried over the years, but "for me" the Ultex .88 standard best suits my playing style. I play mostly acoustic, but also a fair amount of electric, and have found these to be the best combination of grip, durability, and especially tone. "For me," the .88 standard hits the sweet spot when it comes to a pick that is suitable for both strumming and flatpicking.

Good price on a good guitar pick
I like these picks a lot and this was a good price. Nothing wrong with them.

Best picks I've ever used but....
These picks give my acoustic a nice bright tone and have a great texture that doesn't skid around between the fingers. Everything about these picks exceeds my expectations except for...The color. Translucent amber....? Seriously? Someone in the design department needs to get handed a pink slip (or pick slip...?) These things camoflauge themselves perfectly against my wood panel floor, so when I drop one, it takes a day and a half to find it. I could be standing on a dozen of them right now as I'm typing this for all I know. Other than this incredibly annoying flaw, they are, for me, they are the perfect pick.

So-so
A couple were really rough around the edges, others were ok

Pick away
With this pick you control the strings, not the other way around. And it does not soften up as you hold it in your hands. On those cold Lillyhammer nights, you play loud and clear, to the distant and near, as you ride the norther lights.

Nice pick for a brighter sound
Similar to the primetone picks, sounds nice on acoustic guitar

Great Quality, Feel, and Tone!!
I've been trying quite a few picks over the last few months to try to find the ones that work best for my various purposes.I've wanted fix that would feel secure with a nice grip but I didn't like the picks with the bumpy surfaces because they irritated the skin on my thumb making uncomfortable to play for extended periods.I stumbled upon the Ultex pick in a Dunlop variety pack I had and really loved the feel of it!I bought quite a variety of the different thicknesses to use for different situations depending on the tone I want out of the instrument. Of course the thinner pics give you a little more of that shimmery quality and as you go heavier the sound gets warmer and warmer.I already had the.60, .73, and .73 sharp, and the .90 sharp and was curious what the.88 sounded and felt like.It is a perfect pic for in between the .73 and .90. Just a touch brighter than the .90 but still a bit warmer than the .73.I can't say enough good things about these picks they are just everything I wanted and having the variety has really added to my palette of total colors!

Nice
Last well, nice crisp sounding brings the strings to life very strong don't break easy like some cheap ones, yes I will be buying some more as I do like these. I bought a variety pack and out of the 12 I liked these so much bought this pack of 6. Used on an Acoustic guitar.

Great, almost indestructible guitar picks
These ULTEX picks are incredible - I go for the non-sharp ULTEX .60, but have also tried the sharp version. I find I get great tone with these on both electric and acoustic, They feel a bit different to the Tortex or Gator picks I'd used before - I think a bit more rigid, but they bend enough to be able to strum normally.

The perfect plectrum for me
Best pick I ever had. I have also .78 (if I remember well, anyway, the immediately stiffer ones) and I alternate them depending on which guitar I am using and what style. My guitar playing has improved more just for having these picks than for any other variable I could think of. Since I am a little paranoid about losing them while playing, I did punch a hole in them, and some friction point would be welcomed. Other than that, the perfect plectrum for me.

The best pics in the world
My favourite pick by far. I've tried countless picks over the years & these by far give the best tone for an acoustic guitar. The deep tones come through nicely & you still retain the brightness. They don't slip out of your finger & thumb either, so they get 5 stars from me

Great tone!
Prefer the tone of ultex to nylon or tortex as I find the attack clearer and more pronounced and also the tone of he ultex on the strings. It does seem the wear quicker than nylon and tortex but it's worth it.
