Mount is incorrect for 2012 Cruz
Quality of the knob is high, no manufacturing flows, leather is soft and cap is durable. The issue is the 2012 Cruz has a knurled rod while this knob is threaded. Once the old one removed, ended up having to drill out the hole and threads so the knob would go on. Not a huge deal, but understand the 2012 Cruz does NOT have a threaded shift rod.

Cheap plastic
Feels like you're holding on to a children's toy when shifting. Should've came with a set of big plastic keys that you can dangle. Keep expectations low for this one boys and girls.

Will work for press on style....kinda
I have a 2014 Cruze ls. It has the post style. The hole was too small and had to be drill/reamed open then beat on with a rubber mallet and dead blow hammer. Got 1 tiny crack during install. Looks great works great.
