Breville Thermal Pro Hard Anodized Nonstick Sauce Pan/Saucepan with Lid, 3 Quart, Gray

These are some of the nicest pans I've used. They are sturdy, they have great lids, and the finish is really good.But they have one fatal flaw: the handles do not have any kind of insulation. They will easily get warm enough to burn you after a few minutes of use. The handles also are super smooth, there aren't any good edges or angles -- so it's also next to impossible to grab with a towel or a heat-proof glove or holder.Super dangerous as a result. Stay away!

I bought two of these at once. One of them has performed as expected. The other has some sort of finish problem on the inside and has developed what look like a bunch of chips in the finish on the inside of the pot. I assume it was a manufacturing problem that went unnoticed, but it's a pretty expensive pot to have problems like this.

I'm working on minimalism my house, so I am very careful about my purchases. This pot is AMAZING. Great quality, easy to clean, looks great, and can take a lot of use without showing wear. This pot will serve us for many, many years.

A bit heavy, but the size and nonstick finish is swell. I now have 4 Breville pots/pans and will continue to purchase this maker's products, stands up much better to use than other brands.

Wanted a smaller pot that had good quality. I think think this one is above average: weight, cleaning, cooking.
