product came as promised, correct letters, looks as it was described, and I like them (I got a few letters, not just an "E"); I will use them on the outside of my vehicle, and I hope it stays for years, so right now I cannot comment on its durability yet (it seems to have good back adhesive, but do not know until sometime in the future)

These cheap plastic chrome letters are 1 inch by 1 inch in size. The listing made me think I was receiving all 28 letters for the price, but you only receive one letter. NOT A GOOD PRICE. To return these letters, you must take them to a staples store. I live 45 minutes from the nearest staples! Too much of a hassle.

I have a 2004 chrysler crossfire. I was missing the F &I. Trying to get them was very difficult. My wife suggested trying Amazon and wow . They are perfect, you wouldn't know they didn't belong

I didn’t know how tall the letters were. I needed 1/2 inch but it was 1inch. Other than that it is a good product. The chrome matches great with my other letters.

First lettering I ordered, did not match existing letters but this did.

letters were good size but...three letters had a thick white backing with peel off . did not know if I could peel off ALL of white or not. now have two different thickness of letters and do not know if they will make it through the car wash or not!! Still have not heard from supplier any concern about the mismatched product after three day since notification

The letter was to big.

For that price, I assumed it was a complete set. Yes, it's my mistake for not reading the description carefully. I want to help others not make the same mistake I did. I'm very disappointed. If the supplier sees an order for several 1s (which is apparently the default letter if none is specified) and nothing else, it should be obvious there's a good chance the purchaser thought he/she was getting a full set. The supplier could at least check with the purchaser in that case. I'm sure this is not the first time this has happened.
