Cheap/flimsy plastic parts
As others have mentioned, the temperature control handle is very cheap plastic that snaps on to the main assembly. Once it is on you cannot remove it without risking damage. When you turn it to adjust the temperature, it sort of grinds against the main valve assembly and feels very cheap. The rest of it seems pretty good, but the temperature adjustment makes the whole thing feel very cheap.
