Q: Can you dip your hands and arms?

This is not water soluble paint and you would have difficulty removing it from your hands. It is best to wear rubber gloves. Also, you use only a few drops of paint and any that clings to hands/gloves would not be available to coat desired item. Make sure to use a container that you don't care about or one that is just for this paint. You'll probably never get rid of the ring of paint.

Q: can u paint on glass with marabu marble kit

My students painted glass ornaments and they look great! I don't know about glass that would need to washed.

Q: It's there a similar brand that is just as smooth?

Honestly, this is the only one I’ve tried. I’ve been impressed enough to stay loyal to the brand.

Q: Can you seal these with powdercoating?

I can't answer this question because I have not tried. It does dry very quickly so powder coating may not adhere.
