Will this kill pollinating honey and mason bees?

If you don’t spray directly on the bees and avoid spraying into the flowers, this should be safe for bees. This requires direct contact with the insect and is not a “systemic” insectacide that gets inside the plants

Why does the picture Robert H has show the ingrediants but the one on my screen does not?

Because I specifically took a photo to show the ingredient section of the package bottle

Where is the product label that explains what the active ingredients consist of?

My product label (from march 2022) looks a little different than the picture, but mine lists the active ingredients on the bottom of the front label as: Cyfluthrin 0.003% Other 99.997%

I normally don't spray but I have all these lanternflies on my grape vine. Does this kill on contact?

I don't know about lanternflies, sorry. I can only say that I used it on tomatoes and peppers and it didn't work.
