Moen3662EP Engage Magnetix Six-Function 5.5-Inch Handheld Showerhead with Magnetic Docking System, Chrome

Low pressure, head cannot be tilted to good angle for shower.
I HATED this. Had to return it. The Moen magnetic lock doesn't have any brackets so when you think that you've secured the shower head in place because you've felt it seemingly connect, it will just fall, which is problematic because they are ALL made of plastic with chrome coating, so there's risk of breakage. So if you ever have your eyes closed bc of shampoo or soap, be very careful how you're replacing this. The American Standard magnetic lock system also has brackets to ensure you place it correctly and its much more secure. I hated the low pressure, there's no point of a massage function with such low pressure. Another minus- the water sprays at an almost 45 degree angle which is pretty useless if you want water falling down on the top of your head. It also makes a mess because water gets everywhere. Its not possible to angle the head down . I used this with a shower arm that was angled down and it was still a problem.

Much ado about nothing
Unless you have a very strong pressure source and hi volume source the selection of spays is pretty much useless. I was also disappointed to find out the buttom did not have an off position. I have had to purchase an additional off valve to use with the unit. In all its very expensive for a plastic unit.

Nothing Special - Except the Price
One expects something 'more' when purchasing a ~$250 shower head. A good massage stream, better water jets, etc. . . This product provided none of those things. Even with the flow restrictor removed, the water streams from shower head are poor, at best. Five patterns of wimpy flow. Very flimsy construction - if that is metal then they put it on in the molecular level. Just another plastic shower head with a 'gimmick' that they electroplated - perhaps. Save your money - one can get a shower head for a quarter of the price that works much more effectively. So - does an electroplated bronze patina and a small magnet support make a shower head worth $250. No.

nearly 3 times the cost...!!!
Do not buy the 3662EP unless maybe if you live in CA. It is nearly $95 more than the Moen 26112. The only difference is extra water restriction required by CA (1.75 GPM vs 2.00 GPM). Once you remove the water resrictors they are the same. I'll post a photo of the 4 plasic pieces I removed using a hand heald drill.

Heavy but works after restrictor plate removed
It's what I needed for my custom double showerhead design. Magnet is novel. It can be bumped off however by a rogue arm movement. It is also heavier than any hand shower I've ever used. You will need a stable shower arm for this. Pressure is not impressive so I removed the plastic disk in the base of the handheld which restricts the flow and it is MUCH better now. Even with two showerheads on at once.
