We received sapling in a bad condition and not grown even we took much care

Total waste of my hard earned money
The media could not be loaded. Recieved a dying plant withalready more than half dead with totally dried stem. In a matter of about 2-3 days it will dry off totally. It's rootball was packed in clay and wrapped in plastic and put in a very small plastic pot. It was almost dead and in bad shock when I received it. I don't see any ways to recover it at all.
